Your ads are spending. The question is whether they are selling.
I am Ryan. For the last five years my whole job has been Amazon ads — finding the clicks that turn into orders, and shutting off the ones that only turn into bills. In the last two years I handled $3.6M of ad budget for two US brands. Those ads returned $18.8M in sales, about $5.20 back for every $1 spent. The actual reports are further down this page.
Below are three ways to work with me. The first one costs nothing and you do not have to talk to me to get it.
Two US supplement brands, handled through an agency between 2024 and 2026. Figures come from the clients’ own reports, not my estimates.
If you recognise any of these, this page is for you.
These are the things Amazon sellers say most often when their ads are not working. Nothing here is unusual and none of it means you are bad at this.
The orders are there, the profit is not. Sales come in, but nearly all of them come from ads, and the ad cost is bigger than the margin. You are busy and still losing money.
Money in, nothing out. Inventory is sitting in FBA, the ads are running, and the sales are barely moving. You do not know whether to spend more or stop.
You cannot tell which keywords pay. Reports are long and confusing. Some search terms make money, most quietly drain it, and nobody has separated the two.
Auto campaigns left on since launch. They were switched on to find keywords and never cleaned up. They are still buying clicks for searches that will never buy your product.
You hired help before and got nothing back. No reports, no explanation, no way to tell what changed. When you asked what was done, the answer was vague.
Every tutorial says something different. One video says raise bids, the next says lower them. You cannot tell which advice comes from real selling and which is made to sell a course.
Here is the uncomfortable part. In almost every account I have opened, somewhere between a quarter and a half of the ad spend was going to search terms that had produced zero orders — sometimes for months. That money is not lost to competition. It is lost to nobody looking.
Three ways to work with me.
Start wherever you are. Most people start with the free one, see what comes back, and decide after that. There is no pressure to move up a step.
Free PPC Teardown
For sellers who want a straight answer about where their ad money is actually going before spending anything.
- You send me three downloads from Seller Central. I will tell you exactly which ones and where to click.
- I go through every search term you paid for and separate the ones that produced orders from the ones that did not.
- You get back a short video of me walking through your own reports, plus a one-page summary.
- It names the three biggest leaks in plain English and the fix for each one.
- You can hand that list to anyone — me, your VA, or nobody — and it still works.
30-Day Profit Rescue
For accounts that are already spending and already losing. One month, hands on, to get the ads back to break-even or better.
- Week 1 — stop the bleeding. Cut the search terms with spend and no orders, add the negatives, pull bids down where the numbers do not support them.
- Week 2 — rebuild the structure. Your best keywords get their own campaigns with their own budgets, so the winners stop sharing money with the losers.
- Weeks 3–4 — push the winners. Budget moves toward the keywords that are actually converting, and I keep watching daily.
- A short written report every week, in normal language, telling you what changed and why.
- A before-and-after at the end of the month, using your own numbers. If it did not work, the report will say so.
Monthly PPC Management
For sellers who are done doing this themselves and want someone running the ads every week, permanently.
- I run your advertising as an ongoing job: bids, budgets, negatives, new campaigns, launches, holiday pushes.
- Weekly keyword rank tracking — the same sheet I kept for two years on a $3.6M account — so we can see whether the work is moving you up in search.
- A monthly report with the numbers that matter: ad spend, sales from ads, cost per order, and what I plan to do next month.
- New product launches handled from the first day, so a listing never sits there with ads running blind.
- Month to month. If it is not working, you leave. No contract, no notice period, no penalty.
Prices are in US dollars and cover one marketplace (for example amazon.com). Ad spend itself is paid by you directly to Amazon — I never touch your card, and I do not take a cut of ad spend.
Find your situation, get your offer.
If two rows fit you, pick the cheaper one first. You can always move up later, and I would rather you did.
| Where you are right now | Start here |
|---|---|
| “I do not even know if my ads are the problem.” | Free teardown — costs nothing and answers the question in two days. |
| “I get orders, but the ads eat all my margin.” | Profit Rescue — this is the exact case it was built for. |
| “I have stock sitting in FBA and almost no sales.” | Profit Rescue — usually a visibility and bidding problem, not a product problem. |
| “I am launching my first product next month.” | Monthly Management — launches are won or lost in the first eight weeks. |
| “My account is fine, I just have no time for it.” | Monthly Management — you stop opening the campaign manager at all. |
| “I had a VA and it went badly.” | Free teardown — see how I explain things before you trust me with anything. |
| “My budget is very small, like $5–10 a day.” | Free teardown — and I will tell you honestly if paid help is not worth it yet. |
That last row is not a sales tactic. If your daily budget is tiny, a monthly fee would eat more than the ads do, and I will say that instead of taking the money.
The same week, every week.
Amazon ads are not a one-off job. They are a routine. This is mine, and it does not change whether the account is small or spending six figures a month.
Pull last week’s numbers. Spend, sales, cost per order for every campaign. Anything that moved more than expected gets looked at first.
Search term cleanup. Every term that spent money without producing an order gets blocked as a negative keyword so it cannot charge you again.
Bids and budgets. Winners get more room, losers get pulled back. Small moves, often — not one big change a month.
Rank check. Where does each product sit in Amazon search for the keywords that matter? Logged by hand, week over week.
Your report. What changed, what it did, what I am doing next. Plain English, short enough to read on a phone.
No shortcuts, no tricks.
- No fake reviews, no review manipulation, no schemes that risk your account.
- No guaranteed numbers. Anyone promising you a fixed ACoS has not seen your account.
- No silent changes. Nothing happens in your account that is not in a report.
- No touching your bank details, payouts, or card. Ever.
Small and easy.
- For the free teardown: three report downloads. No account access at all.
- For paid work: a Seller Central user invite with advertising permissions. You can remove it any time in one click.
- Your product cost and target margin, so I know what break-even actually means for you.
- An answer within a day or two when I ask something. That is the whole commitment.

US supplement brands
Ran the advertising for two American brands through an agency. Between them, $3.6M of ad budget and $18.8M of sales from those ads. One of them I took from its first day on Amazon to four million dollars in twenty-four weeks.
- Daily campaign work: bids, budgets, negatives, new campaigns, launches.
- Weekly rank tracking and a weekly written report to the client.
- Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
and account management
Before ads, I worked on the rest of the account — listings, cases with Amazon support, inventory issues, suppressed listings. It is the reason I can tell when a sales problem is actually a listing problem and say so, instead of throwing more ad money at it.
Being straight with you about two things. I work mostly on amazon.com. I can and do help on other marketplaces, but the US market is where my experience is deepest, and I will tell you that before you pay me rather than after.
I also have no Amazon certificate to show you. What I have is five years of accounts, and the reports above are from them.
The questions people actually ask.
Is the free teardown really free, or is it a sales call?
Really free, and there is no call. You send three report downloads, I send back a video and a one-page summary. If you never reply again, that is completely fine. I do it because it is the fastest way to show you how I think, and because most sellers have never seen their own search term report sorted properly.
Do you need my Seller Central password?
No. Never give anybody your password. For paid work you add me as a user in Seller Central with advertising permissions only, using my own email. I cannot see your bank details, I cannot change your payout account, and you can remove my access in one click whenever you want. For the free teardown I do not need any access at all.
Can you guarantee a certain ACoS or a certain number of sales?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Ads cannot fix a product nobody wants, a listing with two photos, or a price that is double the competition. What I can promise is that the money going to search terms that never produce orders will stop going there, and that you will see in writing every week what changed.
My budget is small. Am I wasting your time?
No. Start with the free teardown. If your ad spend is only a few dollars a day, I will tell you honestly that a monthly fee does not make sense for you yet, and I will give you the fixes to do yourself. When you grow, you will know where to find me.
How long before I see something change?
The waste stops in the first week — that part is immediate, because blocked search terms stop charging you straight away. The rebuild takes longer. Amazon needs a couple of weeks of data before new campaign structures settle, so judge the month, not the first three days.
What if I already have a VA?
That is fine and often the best setup. Your VA keeps doing listings, inventory and customer messages, and I take only the advertising. The free teardown works the same way — a lot of sellers use it to check whether the ad work they are already paying for is being done properly.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
My deepest experience is amazon.com. I also work on the UK, Canada and European marketplaces — the mechanics are identical, only the competition and the search terms change. I will tell you plainly if your marketplace is outside what I know well.
Where are you and what hours do you keep?
I am in the Philippines and I have worked US business hours for five years. Reports come on Fridays. Messages get answered the same day on weekdays, usually within a few hours.
How do I pay, and can I stop?
Wise, PayPal or bank transfer — whichever is easier for you. The Profit Rescue is a one-time fee paid up front. Monthly management is month to month with no contract and no notice period. If you want to stop, you say so and it stops.
Send me one message and I will tell you what I see.
The fastest way in is the free teardown. Message me with your marketplace and roughly what you spend a day, and I will reply with the exact three reports to download and where to find them.
